Re-charge & soothe your aches with this tonic for a cold, or drink it just because it's lovely!
Turmeric, lemon & ginger tea
1/4 tsp ground turmeric
3 slices of ginger
1/2 lemon juiced
1 slice of lemon
1 tsp of maple syrup (omit if you prefer)
a cup full of alkaline water brought to the boil
Pop it all into your favourite cup, stir & let it steep. I like to chew on the ginger when its done, but you could strain it if you prefer.
