Mango Lassi Smoothie Bowl

(serves one)

1 frozen banana1 cup frozen diced mango1/4 cup coconut yoghurt2 tbsp lemon juice1/4 tsp cardamom ground1/4 tsp ground turmeric Add all ingredients to your high speed blender and blend until smooth. I topped with banana, mango, raspberries, blueberries and coconut. I also made a little savoury sprinkle with pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, buckwheat, chia, crushed chilli flakes, ground cumin and a tiny pinch of salt. (it was super-yummy!)
