This smoothie is clean, fresh and light as a feather. It will keep you going for hours!
1 date (pitted)
1 stick of celery
1 handful of spinach/kale or both
1 handful of ice
1/2 cup coconut or filtered water
Blitz til smooth & top with your faves. I love blueberries (& they are cheap and in plentiful supply right now) and shaved coconut.
