I love Gado Gado, absolutely packed with yummy flavors and textures, a fantastic summer plate to delight the senses! All tied together with some quick pickles & THE kickest buttest peanut, tahini satay sauce.

this is so easy & so delicious to make. Jammed with good plantbased fats and calcium. How cool Are plants?
This will make enough for 2
1/2 cup Peanut Butter
1/4 cup Tahini
1 cup Coconut milk
1 tbsp. Chilli Sauce (I used a sweet chili sauce that i made a couple
of weeks ago, fragrant with ginger, garlic & kaffir lime, it helps make this recipe quick and you don’t have to add the individual flavorings, it’s already done!)
Thats it. I popped it into the thermo & blitzed and warmed it to 60°c. No thermo? No worries, place it all in a pot and warm gently. It’s so fast and I really love the tahini earthy bitterness. Enjoy 😊
