Chickpeas have it all wrapped up ...

These wraps Couldn’t be simpler with only 3 ingredients, absolutely delicious!



1 cup Besan flour (chickpea flour)

1/2 cup. Filtered water

pinch. Himalayan pink salt


Combine all ingredients with a spoon. The consistency should be similar to running honey. Heat a good pan that doesn’t stick and add some coconut oil. Drop the mixture into the center of the pan and roll it around to reach the edges. Allow it to get beautifully golden and brown and crispy then flip it. That’s it!!

Stuff with tonnes of raw of raw veggies or like I did with rice, lentils and some roast vegetable on top. Some coconut yoghurt and you’re in heaven!!
