Mexican spiced, zucchini, corn & spinach fritters. Coated in sunflower and pumpkin seeds for a big protein hit & served with fire roasted tomatoes, pepper & onion salsa, cauliflower, hemp seed rice pilaf, a little lime cashew cream and lots of fresh herbs make this simple meals sing! (17)

I am comforted

Shepherds Pie, a vegan take on a classic & back by request. Mushrooms, braised white beans with tomatoes, sweet potato, carrot, leek, celery, onions, garlic and herbs, topped with creamy & herby mashed potatoes. served with steamed green beans & snap peas  (17)

 

I am glorious

Spicy, saucy Mushroom Chow Mein, I have been asked for more stir-fry goodness and here is my response.  Garlic, ginger, chilli (just a tiny bit!) oyster and cremini mushrooms, roasted sweet potato, lots of fresh Asian greens, snap peas & edamame or zucchini noodles.  A little sweet, a little sour and a little spicy, sprinkled with miso sesame, pumpkin & tamari seeds for crunch, this one is satisfying & delicious! I am thriving

Spiced coconut and tumeric soup loaded with glorious vegetables, zucchini, sweet potato, capsicum, carrot, leek, ginger, garlic & spinach anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidizing & immune boosting delciousness served with activated raw seed crackers (15)

I am humble

Tomato & roasted red pepper soup laced with lentils and served with hommus and activated seed crackers (15.0)

I am Diverse

Winter vegetable warming salad this week, roasted seed crusted beetroot with coconut maple glazed walnuts, caramelized onions and fire-roasted red peppers drizzled with cannelini bean hommus this salad will be amazing served warm (15)

I am Earthy

Apples, pears, dates and cinnamon crumble slice, back on request!  A classic made vegan, gluten free and wholefood, served warm or cold it it is a satisfying clean sweet treat, drizzled with coconut yoghurt ... YUM! (12)

I am Fresh

Fresh cut fruit & vegetable bowls with any combination of carrots, capsicums, celery, radish, sprouts, fresh seasonal fruit.   These little bowls of fresh cut goodness will make it so much easier to have a quick fresh snack try it with some hommus from the section below.

All meals are gluten free, plant based, nutrient dense and made with love from mostly organic ingredients (We rarely substitute with conventional produce due to availability)  Occasionally we will have to substitute some ingredients based on seasonal availability
